If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund where applicable.
